We offer our products finished in ZAR tung oil based stains for a rich and
uniform color that is both durable and easy to maintain.
Zar's controlled penetration brings out the natural beauty of wood assuring a uniform color tone with no streaks or lap marks.
Shown on the right are samples of our five standard colors:
Salem Maple #110 is our most popular color. Salem Maple is a nice warm color that blends well with just about any thing. If you are undecided about your color, you can't go wrong with this one.
Our second most popular color is Honey Maple #117, a clear finish that allows the full beauty of the wood to show through, Although it does enhance the yellow in the yellow pine.
Interior decorators suggest lighter colors on large pieces of furniture.
We also offer our products unfinished so that you may finish them as you desire.
If you desire, you can paint directly over this finish without the need for a primer coat, thus saving you the extra steps of applying a primer coat.
